Terms of Service
Last updated 5 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of TURVIQ ("we", "us") for using TURVIQ, our business software for lawn, garden and landscape businesses. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use TURVIQ.
1. The service
TURVIQ lets you manage clients, quotes, jobs, rosters, invoices, staff and related records, and use optional features such as the Sage AI assistant and Stripe card payments. We may improve, change or add features over time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and be using TURVIQ for a business.
- Give us accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the logins you give to your team.
- Only the account owner can change the plan, connect payments, or delete the business.
3. Free trial, price and payment
- New businesses get a 14 day free trial.
- After the trial TURVIQ is a paid monthly subscription at the price shown on our website or when you subscribe, plus GST. We charge in advance each month through Stripe until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from Account, then Subscription, then Manage. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- We don't refund part-months, except where the law requires it. We'll give you notice before changing the price, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
4. Your data
- Your business data (clients, jobs, invoices, staff records and files) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run TURVIQ for you.
- You are responsible for having the right to enter it, including telling your clients and staff how you handle their personal information, and for following the laws that apply to your business (such as privacy, tax, employment and work health and safety laws).
- You can download all your data, or delete the business and everything in it, from Account, then Your data.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use TURVIQ to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, to try to get into other people's accounts or data, to interfere with the service, or to copy or resell it. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Sage AI and templates
- Sage and our other AI tools draft and prepare work for you. They can be wrong. Nothing Sage prepares is applied until you approve it, and you are responsible for reviewing what you approve and send.
- Our contract templates, checklists, quote and invoice formats and similar tools are general aids, not legal, tax, payroll or financial advice. You are responsible for checking they suit your business and meet the awards, agreements and laws that apply to it. Get professional advice where you need it.
7. Payments and connected services
If you connect Stripe to take card payments, the payments are between you, your client and Stripe, and Stripe's own terms apply. We are not a bank or payment processor and aren't responsible for Stripe or other third-party services (such as accounting, email or mapping tools you connect).
8. Availability and support
We work to keep TURVIQ available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may need to do maintenance. Support is by email at hello@turviq.com.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using TURVIQ at any time and delete your business. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or don't pay, and we'll tell you why where we can. Download your data before deleting: deleted data can't be recovered.
10. Our responsibility
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
- Subject to that, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for anything arising from TURVIQ is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app and ask you to agree again. Using TURVIQ after a change means you accept it.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the courts of Victoria. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions? Email hello@turviq.com.
